Error in accessing any transaction under Approvals management administrator (AME)

Hello,

I configured a user to have access to AME seeded responsibilities -Approvals Management Administrator & Approvals Management Business Analyst.

There is no other user using AME,this is the first configuration.

Process I followed:

1. Added the responsibilities directly to the user using sysadmin role . (no RBAC )

2.Functional grant was created for the specific user.

     a.Grantee Type = Specific  User

     b.Object = AME Transaction Types

     c.object parameters =AME Calling Applications

     d.finished

3.cleared all cache using functional admin role

4:checked if profile option "AME installed" is set for Human resources application
