Application Security at the Version level in 9.2

Can someone direct me to some documentation oh how to setup security at the version level?  I enter the program and version in the unsecured portion of the screen of P00950 and click find.  It shows the application with all the forms but without a version then there is a sub folder with the application but this one includes the version.  When I select it and take a row exit for Secure to All nothing seems to change in the screen.  The secured portion still shows the application without the version detail and the version I want secured still appears
