Moving 20TB data from 11.2.0.3 to 12c on new server with minimal downtime..

Hi, We are doing a hardware and DB upgrade and so we are looking for best approach with minimum downtime to accomplish below 1) Migrate data from old 11.2.0.3( with ASM) db server to 12c(with asm) new db server so basically its migrate & Upgrade at same time.. Can you please share the 2 best approaches to use and any documentation to this.. We do have encrypted tablespaces and wallet as well.
