How can we import Employee level DBA deduction amount updates

I'm relatively new to JDE. We are on E1, Vers 9.0. We have a file containing Employee Numbers, DBA #s,  and deduction amount. There are hundreds of records in the file and we would like to know if there is a utility within JDE E1, version 9.0 that will facilitate loading these updates by importing the file. Essentially, the file contains the new rate for a healthcare benefit for our employees. If such a utility exists, can you provide some instruction on how to access and use it. We need to get the updates in by Thursday PM in order
