Accessorial setup at the location

Hi,

I have a basic requirement that an accessorial charge has to be applied when a particle location is used as destination. So I create an accessorial code  and assigned it to that particular location.

Then created a an accessorial cost of minimum charge 100 per shipment. created an accessorial defailt linking the accessorial code and cost. But when i build a shipment or In RIQ i am not  seeing this charge. Is there anything else that needs to be done.
