1099 reporting

With the IRS electronic filing deadline for 1099 MISC7 moving up to January 31st it would be very helpful to have the 1099 patch released earlier than the 1st week of December.  This would allow more time to test, deploy to production very early in January and then mail forms allowing time for corrections ahead of the 31st January eflining deadline.
