Data Pump dump file ownership

I have users that are currently using the old exp utility to export their data to dump files.  This allows them to delete old dump files and restore them without contacting one of our DBAs.

They found Data Pump, but have found limitations caused by the dump file ownership  As the oracle account always owns the dump files, they can no longer manage the data pulmp files on the filesystem.

Does anyone have a solution for the file permissions?
