Workflow Background Process for OEOL takes long at times

All We have one sporadic issue, where the Workflow Background Process with below parameters takes long time to run. 95% of the times it completes within minutes but 5% of the time, it runs for more than 30 mins Item Type : OM Order Line Process Deferred: Y Process Timeout: N Process Stuck: N We have set the incompatibility to itself for this. We also ran the WF analyser and performed the necessary actions However, at times we face this issue, is there anyway to investigate on why does it take long at times. We can not replicate this issue
