Task type Change
Hello Team,
As per the requirement from the client I need to understand that is it ideal to change the Service request Task type once the its status is in 'Working'
I tried to do and system allowed me however I need to update the Scheduled End time date so is it normal or is there any other way or I should do this from the Field service administrator responsibility?
This business needs as most of the time they required to change the task type as per the actual problem, if initial the selected task type is incorrect.
Please advice.
