Action history of Journal Approval Notification

Dear All,

I have enabled AME setup for Journal approval in 12.2.5 version, now I have an issue in approval notification. The action history doesn't show complete approval history and with comments.

Basically, the final approver needs to know what comments entered by the last approver plus it should show the 2nd approver history in the same one notification.

See below screenshots and let me know is this default and can we customized to include complete action history.
