Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Internal Sales Order coming from Spares management are getting cancelled automatically

Many ISOs coming from Spares management are getting auto cancelled and there is no cancellation reason in additional Line information.

The corresponding IR also gets cancelled.
