Rman Resync in Data Guard fails ORA-00229: Operation Disallowed: Already Hold Snapshot Control Enque

Good morning!

I hope that somebody help to resolve this error.  My Oracle database is Release 11.2.0.3.0.  I've already checked Doc ID 1981812.1. This is not my case.

Please, help to resolve this issue.  Backup is not working right now.
