Recovery Point Objective Zero Transaction Loss and Recovery Time Objective

In an Oracle database implementation with the databases in Active/Passive configuration when the Data is committed to the Active database a copy is transmitted to the Passive Database synchronously within the transactions using Oracle DataGuard. Will this configuration allow a Recovery Point Objective of Zero Transaction Loss i.e. last committed transaction?
