New parties relationship

Hi gurus,

I tell you this real life case (I could perform this task on 11i Sales on line):

In my TCA (now I'm on 12.2.4)

I have an existing Org  (party_id = 1000)

I have an existing Person  (party_id= 2000)

I do want to create a party relationship (Contact relationship or whatever relationship I need) between them, after their creation because the relationship happened later on

It looks I cannot do it :

I tried both with Oracle Customer on line data librarian and Sales Manager resps

Our business goals are salesreps cannot acces account info so they don't have access to relationship tab from Customer Function activating from AR/OM responsibilities.
