Tax Credit to the Customer

Hi Team

Scenario:

A Sales Order is created with 3 order lines and the Tax being calculated at the Order line level.

So the Order total

Item = X1,  Qty = 1, Line value = 10 $, and Tax = 3$

Item = X2,  Qty = 1, Line value = 10 $, and Tax = 3$

Item = X3, Qty = 1, Line value = 10 $, and Tax = 3$

Total Order value = 39 $. Order is shipped and the Invoice is shared with Customer

Now Customer claims a tax exemption as he from Federal Dept. Now can we create a Credit Only order to refund the Tax amount ?
