Purchase order is not creating revisions after update(R12.2.5)

Good Day

We have recently upgraded to R12.2.5 and have noticed that the purchase orders are not getting revised every time when it is updated. we are having difficulties on reporting amendments due to this. kindly let me know the steps to enable the revision control.
