Status of Enhancement Requests for mobile PO Receipt of shipment??

We have a requirement to be able to specify the Shipment being received, during a mobile PO receipt of blanket PO.  We are on 12.2.3.  It appears this functionality does not exist.   I found reference to several bugs/ER's already created which are related to this requirement - 18270725, 3669636, 7507639.  

Can Oracle please provide an update on the development status, and anticipated timeline?
