how to retrieve attachment text details from the Media object file

I have created a custom UDC and have entered a code/desc and attached an attachment text of 250 chars. How can I retrieve this text details from the Media object file F00165. it has the object name = GT0005 and Generic text message = 55|JP|WX01 and GT item name = Text1................................................................................................................................................ Please can you let me know how do I retrieve the text details from the GT ITEM Name field = Text1.
