Error connecting to SQL SP2-1503 and SP2-0642

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a Unix server ...

When I load profile 11203 (11gr2) the following error appears:

SP2-1503: Unable to initialize Oracle call interface

SP2-0152: ORACLE may not be functioning properly

When I load profile 9208 (9i) the following error appears:

SP2-0642: SQL * Plus internal error state 2165, context 4294967295: 0: 0

Unable to proceed

I have searched for the solution but nothing works for me, it can help me with some help.
