Account reconciliation for cloud- 'Open reconciliation' in Console Tab

Hi,

We are implementing Account reconciliation for cloud and the look and feel is very different from On-premise version of ARM.

When I click on the console Icon I see a tab called ' Services' and within this tab there is an option called 'Open Reconciliations'.

Once we click on this, I see an option to restart or run reconciliations. Not sure what this means, because when I click this option, I can't seem to understand which reconciliations are impacted. We don't specify a period when we click on this option to restart or run, which makes it more confusing as to what the exact purpose of this functionality is. (Nothing mentioned in the admin guide)
