How often do you run Revenue Recognition in R12 with multiple operating units

We're moving from 11i and one operating unit to 12.2.5 with about 25 operating units.  We only run revenue recognition once/week now but due to the new COGS link to revenue recognition are thinking about running it daily.  Do other companies run it daily for multiple operating units and if so, do you run into any issues with system resources, accounting problems, or other?  Also, do you recommend running it daily, weekly or monthly for each operating unit?  Thank you.
