Restore 11.2.0.1 onto 11.2.0.4?

Its been a while since I've tried to do anything like this and I need a quick reality check.

I have two servers with two different patch levels of Oracle installed (11.2.01 on the source server and 11.2.0.4 on the destination server), I'm trying to move all the data from 11201 to 11204. Can I do an rman duplicate to restore the 11201 DB onto the 11204 DB (obviously with appropriate datafile name conversions) and then just run DBUA on 11204 to make sure everything inside the 11204 DB is updated?
