Customer Hub - Customer created by API not visible on front end
Hi,
We are on R12.1.3.
When the Customer is created using the HZ BO APIs, the customer record does not show up in the Customer Online screens.
In DB the record is created in HZ_PARTIES but is not created in HZ_STAGED_PARTIES.
DQM Sync method is set to Automatic, so the expectation is the DQM Serial Sync Index program is auto-submitted when party is created or updated.
Have also tried the following steps. Still the party record is not transferred to the staged_parties record.
1> Cleared the Global Cache
>> Navigation: Functional Administrator > Core Services > Caching Framework
> Global Configuration > Clear All Cache > Ignore warning message.
