Bug 21570575 : EMPLOYEE TRANSFER TO QUEBEC SHOWING INCORRECT EI AND QPP AMOUNTS

Hello,

I have been testing some Bugs in our PY environment for a few ESUs that we are planning to take.

This bug indicates the following:

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM

An employee working outside of the Quebec Provence works until they reach the

maximum insurable earnings of $49,000.00.  After reaching and or going a

small portion beyond the $49,500.00 maximum they then transfer to Quebec.

  

On their first pay stub after the transfer their EI amount changes from

$930.60 to $762.30.  This is taking the amount paid for their work outside of

Quebec of $930.60 and changing it on the pay stub to show $762.30.

  

In addition the QPP amount goes to a negative value.
