Valid Segment Combination Report

Is there a report (or sql) available that identifies enabled gl_code_combinations that do not violate current cross validation rules?     Objective is to allow an end-user to enter (one or many) segment value(s) and only the valid account combinations are returned.    We are on Oracle Fusion Cloud Release 11.
