The WLS instances doesn't synchronized, Message :

The webserver configuration on the remote node is out of date and needs to be synchronized.

NOTE: This web application may need to be restarted after synchronization to begin using the new settings.

The following file(s) are out of date and will be synchronized:

jdelog.properties

and after pressing synchronized Configuration the attached message appears.
