"Case Sensitive" Watermark appears in IP2013

Guys,

We are facing the "case sensitive" watermark issue when query the records in OUI mode.

Below is the our siebel version.

There are 2 products installed in this Oracle Home.

Questions:

1. Is it expected behaviour in our siebel version ?

2. How to avoid this watermark while querying ?
