Need clarification on available licensed modules

Hi experts,

Sorry to raise this discussion here as I am not sure where to create thread. We are going for new implementation and client has procured Oracle license and details mentioned are confusing. Can I get clarification on what modules are licensed when license copy mentioned Products as Öracle Purchasing (included in suite) and License type as Full use. Client expecting to use PO for Services & Landed Cost Management. Even they are expecting to implement EAM where we are not sure if required modules like BOM, WIP, Quality.. are licensed.

Attached copy of license for reference.

Please someone guide us on this.
