How to restrict Asset, Maintenance Departments Wise (Owning Dept)

Hi All,

How to restrict Asset Maintenance department Wise, i.e. the Owning department assigned to the Asset at Asset number can only performs maintenance activities against its relevant Assets. Is there any standard functionality or workaround?
