Error applying a JD Edwards ESU

For JD Edwards EnterpriseOne V9.1 TR 9.1.5.7

I receive the following error when applying ESUs via both Change Assistant and application P96470:

Error - oraparam.ini doesn't exist: \\E1DEPLOY\E910\\\172.18.10.15\e910\OneWorld Client Install\install\install\oraparam.ini

Why does the path show both the server name  and the server IP address?

Where does the path come from?
