Not able to navigate to the Secured page in webcenter portal 12.2.1.2

Hi
I have a public portal where few of the pages are secured .
I am trying to navigate to secure page with out login.

As per security concern it has to navigate to default login page and there after login it should redirect to the actual page requested but in our case it is not navigating to the login page.
