Configure SNMP for monitoring database without enterprise manager

Hi,

how can i configure snmp for monitoring oracle database 12C without enterprise manager cloud control ? I have already EM12c Express Edition installed but express edition does not support SNMP.

RDBMS version: 12.1.0.2

OS : RHEL 6.8
