Unable to perform a partial SQ release to SD

Hello,

I'm trying to release a partial quantity from SQ to SD and the below error pop up:

WARNING: Duplicate Customer Order Number 

A form level error has occurred.
Cause. . . . . The Customer Order Number that has been entered has
also been entered on another order.
Resolution . . This is a warning only.
Verify that in fact this order has not already been
entered into the system or hit enter to continue.

  Status Flow Not Set Up 

A form level error has occurred.
Cause. . . . . The status flow for the entered order type and line type has
not been set up in the Order Activity Rules file (F40203).
