RCU Config Utility - Not able to see 'MS SQL Server' under vendor while extending weblogic domain

I am in process of extending weblogic domain to OEM. During this process, I run "config" utility and I am not able to see 'MS SQL Server' under Vendor field in Component Datasources section.

Attached is the screenshot of the same. Due to this issue, I could not proceed ahead extending the domain.

MS SQL Server' is shown for the first Schema (ADF_STB) but it is not shown for other 4 schemas. Due to this the JDBC Test in next screen also fails throwing the error

      CFGFWK-64216: Data source [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer] Invalid object name 'DUAL'

Any help appreciated.
