Integrate HFM and OBIEE

Hi,

  We have a requirement to create HFM reports in OBIEE.

  We have a HFM 11.1.2.3 server on Windows environment and are planning to install OBIEE 11.1.1.9 on new Windows environment.

  I am unable to understand whether we should create new Oracle Database 11g on the server before installing OBIEE or

  do we have to use Oracle Database 11g from HFM 11.1.2.3 server details i.e Username, Password, SID and Hostname.

  Shall we ask DBA to export the database from HFM Server and import it on new server? I am little confused whether this will

  affect when we connect to the ADM drivers and import HFM application in OBIEE.
