"processVoucherMatchV2" not calculating tax automatically

We are using "processVoucherMatchV2" to process vouchers. we are facing following issues:

1. How can we pass "Tax Expl Code" & "Tax Area Code" per PO line so that the tax could be calculated?

2. If we pass "Tax Expl Code" & "Tax Area Code" system is not calculating Tax amount automatically.

We have OP details and want to create and want the system to calculate tax and total amount by itself.
