Credit Check Hold is released by AUTOINSTALL

After check the document: Can Auto Release of 'Credit Check Holds' by User 'AUTOINSTALL' Be Prevented? (Doc ID 740463.1), I am thinking anybody over there has found a solution or reason for this?

We have the same problem as this doc described: a sales order line's Credit Check Hold is released by AUTOINSTALL and Finance department does not even know it.

the OM user only has OM responsibility which not including Credit Management and Credit Hold Release capability.

There is no FND user named AUTOINSTALL visible in User definition form

There is no concurrent process scheduled or launched by AUTOINSTALL

There is no Credit Check concurrent process in 7 days history
