adop cutover fails on certain nodes with "Cutover status: FLIP_SNAPSHOTS_COMPLETED"

Dear All,

I'm running an ERP system with 16 app tier nodes, and during almost every patching cycle, I run into the following issue: on random number of nodes (2-6), cutover fails.

adop -status reports me the folloinwg:

Summary report for current adop session:

    Node ebizcm3: HALTED

       - Cutover status:    FS_CUTOVER_COMPLETED

       [UNEXPECTED] Detected a failed session on another node(s): ebizcm1,ebizcm8,ebizui5,

                    ebizcm6,ebizui1,ebizcm4,ebizext1,ebizui4 and ebizui3

       [UNEXPECTED] Execution halted.

    Node ebizcm6: FAILED

       - Cutover status:    FLIP_SNAPSHOTS_COMPLETED

       [UNEXPECTED] Error occurred running "perl /opt/apps/r12/ebiz/apps/fs2/EBSapps/appl/
