Having trouble finding which PSU choices I should make for the Jan2017 set

Hi all, I am unsuccessful in determining which patchsets I need for my environment. It's been a while since I last had to fetch the files, and the Patch Search page makes little sense to me.

I need Oracle EE 11.2.0.3, and OWLS / FMW 10.3.6, both for a Linux x86-64 OS. Yes I know they're ancient, but the former DBA hadn't patched at all these past few years.

TIA for any guidance.
