Performance of SOA is extremely slow

Hi,

Our Client SOA environment is running quite slowly even though the purging script has been scheduled and is working fine.

The current environment is running on Dell R930 series on a VM in a clustered environment in a 2 node Cluster.

Can someone provide some inputs on SOA performance tuning parameters to fix the performance issues at a higher end configuration and database performance intact?
