How to send PO commuication different email body to different OU

Hi

We have a mail server configured so PO will be communicated to supplier by email. We have modified the seeded email body by customizing the 'Email PO PDF ' of the workflow. Now we are planning to extend this functionality to another OU. By doing so we want to change the email body, so depending on the OU the email body has to changed. Any suggestion will be helpful.
