Is it able to change tcp_ephemeral_low?

Hi

The range of tcp_ephemeral_low described in the note is 9000.

I checked that if the value isn't be set,

can i change to the other value?RDA test will failed.

But my customer is facing the pool conflict issue and contacted with IBM and get

the value must increase higher than 9000.

Now my customer is confused and my customer want to know if the value is able to add.

For example, 9500.

Is there any impact on EBS instance?
