behavior registration cache SBC

Hi all

we noticed a difference between the number of registred subscriber on active and standby SBC when we try to display the registered subsciber using "show registration sipd by-user * "

the number of registred subsriber on the active SBC are more than standby. when we tried to call a number include in the cache of active SBC and doesn't incllude on the SBC the call was failed.

find below my explanation of this behavior:

When subscriber is trying to register to active SBC but failing, it will be considered for Active SBC but on Standby till it will be successful.
