!csComponentDataNotFound: Installed: yes, loaded: no; what's missing?

Hi!

I've imported a new custom component called "PersDMS" via the configuration migration administration in WCC but it didn't work.

The log file sais that it has been installed but not loaded due to an error. The knowlegebase sais that the component should work as

expected, but it doesn't. Has the server to be restarted?
