Reason for Delivery has been ignored or emptied in Shipping Execution and therefore deleted in Trans

Hi,

Can someone please help me to find the reason why  Delivery has been ignored or emptied in Shipping Execution and therefore deleted in Transportation Management?

I usually find delivery is ignored for planning although it was received fron OTM to Oracle with plan.
