Wrong view shown in eConfigurator (and wrong interactive mode)

Hi everyone,

we have a problem with the layouts of the eConfigurator.

In two different environment with a same Siebel version, we have a product "TEST" configured in the same way (imported) in both the environments. However, whereas on environment E1, after the validate, the product is shown in High Interactivity, on E2 it is completly shown in a different way (it looks like that is shown in Standard Interactivity) even if the base theme is the same (and in general the product configuration is identical).

In addition, whereas on E1 is rightly opened the view "Complex Product Runtime Instance View (JS) - Validation", on E2 is opened the view "Complex Product Runtime Instance View (Validation)".
