How to disable the networks on a new VM with cloned disks

I am trying to disable the network on the new RAC VM that I created. It has cloned disks (root and binaries) and I want to make sure that the new VM does not come up with the MAC and IP Address of the cloned system disks of the other Oracle RAC VM. If it does, it will most likely crash the cluster.
