Capture Item Price Changes in Oracle EBS

Hi Pricing gurus,

I have a requirement to capture any price changes of an Item (could be through qualifier / Modifier etc) and invoke a custom event to process the change further. My question is how do i capture the price changes as there are lots of ways the item price could be impacted. It could be through  change in modifier or a qualifier etc.

Any help in this regard is appreciated.
