OVM Servers discovered but not the server pool

Due to an unrecoverable error caused by disk repartitioning, I have to reinstall everything from scratch but this time I used the latest version of Oracle Linux 7.3 and OVM Manager 3.4.2. It was previously installed using OEL 6 and OVM Manager 3.3.1. The existing OVM Servers were installed with versions 3.3.1. I had installed the OVM Manager and supplied the same UUID from the original install. This UUID used on the original OVM Manager is the same UUID as  mounted under /poolfsmnt on the OVM Servers.
