Using excel to ci to add assets to AM , however, in the intfc_phy a table I see two records for one

I have a excel to ci  -  INTFC_FINPHY_SS_A

I adding assets and defining the details for the profiles in the spreadsheet ,  so the books are not defaulting in from the profile.  I am adding a line for corp and fed books and keeping the same interface line number for both books for each individual asset.   I am also including basic information about the asset including the tag number on the line for the corp books and for the fed books.  The assets upload successfully to the interface tables  but when I  review the physical information I see two records with 1of 2 in each record for some
